Troubleshooting EVV (Caregiver can't clock in)

Whenever a caregiver calls and says they cannot clock into Ankota, you must first chec to see if it's a user error or system error.


To do so, begin by logging in to Ankota, clicking Scheduling in the Main Menu on the left, and then selecting Schedule Board.




You will then see a list of names. Hover your mouse over the name you are looking for and a box will pop up. Get the Worker ID and PIN from here.



Then find the dial-in phone number at the top of the calendar.


Now that you have this information, call the number using the employee's ID and PIN. If you are able to hear their schedule according to the schedule board's schedule, there is no issue with the caregiver's login information and the issue was likely user error. If you hear a system error OR do not hear the schedule represented on the schedule board, please call support at 1-844-4-ANKOTA ext. 2, or email us at support@ankota.com so that we may assist you with resolving this issue.
