Adding a Referral Source (When registering a new client)

Referral sources are contacts within a client’s record. 

There are 2 ways of creating a referral source for a client; when registering a new client and within the clients record.

To add a referral when registering a new client;

• Click "Client Registration" (You can also get to this by clicking "client" and then "add new")

• Enter the client's information.
• Towards the bottom of this page you will see an area to fill out the client referral

• Once all of your referral sources have been added click "submit" at the bottom of the page
